Barry Schwartz, the co-founder and Chairman of Calvin Klein, has sold his empty lot at 9 Indian Creek Drive for $19.2 million, the Miami Herald reported. Schwartz was represented by Coldwell Banker’s Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg. The property, which has a total of 2.75 acres, had an assessed value of $10.8 million last year, according to data from the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser’s office. Former tennis star Anna Kournikova has sold her Miami Beach mansion for $7.43 million, a $2 million discount to the price she listed it for in May, the Miami Herald reported.
The 6,000-square-foot waterside home, at 2345 Lake Avenue, was built in 2000 and has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The property also has a two-story guest house, a sauna, a coral deck pool and a boat dock — but no tennis court.

The home is being marketed by Coldwell Banker’s Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg. “There’s nothing like it,” Eber said. “It’s a work of art.” The home, which was designed by architect Rene Gonzalez, has 30,000 square feet and a 100-foot pool. The $6 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $900,000, or 13 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $6.9 million when it hit the market in November. The $2.495 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $255,000, or 9 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.8 million when it hit the market in March. The price was last cut to $2.75 million in April. The 3,305-square-foot home sits on a 10,500-square-foot waterfront lot off the Venetian Causeway and has a pool, detached guest house and 60-foot dock.
