Rapper Lil Wayne is looking to sell the Miami Beach home he purchased last year for $14 million. Wayne has listed the home, which is located on La Gorce Island, for $12.9 million, due largely to an IRS tax lien he is dealing with. According to the government, Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter, owes the IRS a total of $5.6 million. The home is 15,101 square feet. [AOL Real Estate]

Lil Wayne is currently living in a 15,000-square-foot rental on La Gorce Island. In December, he was reportedly having trouble selling his three-bedroom condo on South Beach, listed for $520,000, because it smelled so strongly of marijuana.
