Lil’ Wayne’s four-bedroom condo at the Murano Grande is on the market for $2.8 million, the second of two South Beach pads the rapper is trying to unload in advance of a March 2 prison sentencing for a gun violation. Lil Wayne is currently living in a 15,000-square-foot rental on La Gorce Island. In December, he was reportedly having trouble selling his three-bedroom condo on South Beach, listed for $520,000, because it smelled so strongly of marijuana. Last week, he denied that in an interview with London DJ Tim Westwood. “We’re not having troubled selling it, but all the other stuff is true,” he joked. [All Hip Hop]

Top hip-hop artist Lil’ Wayne will release his latest album, “Rebirth,” in February, but his plans to sell his apartment may be going up in smoke: he can’t seem to move his Miami condo because it smells so strongly of marijuana. Though the three-bedroom apartment is listed at a relatively low $520,000, buyers have reported being asked if they can stand the strong aroma of marijuana before they are able to view the property.
