New Orleans-based Naked Pizza is coming to South Beach, with a location
at 1260 Washington Avenue set to open Aug. 28. The company has just one
other location open, in New Orleans, but has plans for five new sites
nationwide, along with 20 locations “awarded,” including one in the
United Arab Emirates, according to its website. The kitchen will be
headed by Manuel Mattei, a leader of Miami Slow Food. [Eater.com]
