Developer and nightclub impresario Michael Capponoi has sold his home on Sunset Island for $5.17 million, the highest price point on the island since 2007. Capponi bought the home in 2005 for $2.3 million, and oversaw a complete reconstruction two years later by his Capponi Construction Group. The home, which is located at 1620 W 21 Street, has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and 6,000 square feet of interior space.
