  • Penthouse A

Penthouse A at Miami Beach’s Apogee condominium tower has been listed for sale at $25 million, according to listing broker Pablo Alfaro of Esslinger Wooten Maxwell. The triplex corner residence has a total of 7,000 square feet and an 11,000-square-foot terrace with a rooftop pool. “There is a lack of large condominiums and penthouses on Miami Beach,” Alfaro said. “The high-end market in South Florida has seen a continual growth in activity, with one of the strongest segments of the population being buyers from across the globe.” Apogee, which is located in the South of Fifth neighborhood, was built in 2008. — Alexander Britell
