The home of the Miami Dolphins will soon offer more attractive stadium
eating options. Deerfield Beach restaurant designer RCC Associates has
been hired to redo 53 concession stands, the next stage of the
renovation of Land Shark Stadium, which had a $250 million overhaul in
2007. Dolphins owner Stephen Ross, a co-founder of the Related
Companies, said he expects the work to be done in time for the
Dolphins’ September 21 home opener against the Indianapolis Colts. [more]
