An undisclosed buyer has purchased a four-acre lot in Delray Beach for $1.45 million, intending to use it for a car dealership. The seller of the lot, which is located at 2419-2605 North Federal Highway, was FL-PB Park Place. It is north of a nearby Maroone Volkswagen dealer. Commerce Parkway in Weston. The property is owned by BlackRock Realty
advisors; the 149,000-square foot property has class A office suites
from 1,000 square feet to 20,113 square feet. CBRE also arranged the sale of Tamarac Commons, a two-building Key
West-style office development in Tamarac. The 27,828-square-foot
property was acquired by Tamarac Commons for the price of $2,575,000 or
