Southeast Marine, the Wellington developer of the planned $30 million
marina at Seasport, will let the project go beneath the waves. It
notified Seasport that the plan to build the Club of Jupiter Inlet has
been withdrawn. The current 60-year-old complex would have been
replaced with a private club and a rooftop pool. The development would
have seen the boat storage razed, and the proposed private club would
have banned outside boat storage. [more]
