Southeast Financial Center

The specialty cheese shop and bistro the Cheese Course has signed a lease for a 1,500 square feet in the two-building, 55-story Southeast Financial Center’s renovated plaza, located at 200 South Biscayne Boulevard. This is the ninth location for the retailer, but its first in Miami’s Central Business District. It will be joining recently opened Newsstand Café also in the plaza of Florida’s tallest office building. Greg Masin, senior director of Cushman & Wakefield represented Southeast Financial Center in the deal. Cheese Course moves in two months after Southeast Financial Center signed four new lease transactions totaling 14,187 square feet. – Christopher Cameron
