CBRE has promoted Tom O’Loughlin to a vice president in the brokerage’s Fort Lauderdale office, it announced. O’Loughlin, who focuses on brokerage services for owners and occupiers of industrial properties in South Florida, works in partnership with senior vice president Harry Tangalakis. He was formerly a senior associate. “Tom has partnered with Harry to secure a dominant position for CBRE in the Broward industrial market,” said Ken Krasnow, CBRE’s South Florida managing director. Tesla Motors, the high-end electric car maker based in San Carlos, Calif., will open a 7,000-square-foot showroom in Dania Beach. The company took a five-year lease, which was brokered by CB Richard Ellis and SRS Retail Partners. Harry Tangalakis, senior vice president and Tom O’Loughlin, an associate with the CBRE Fort Lauderdale office, exclusively represented building owner Wilson Hollywood Showroom. Michael Mogerman and Terry Salzman with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant. The showroom at 1949 Tigertail Boulevard will display the Tesla Roadster and Model S.

property located at 4000 Powerline Road in Deerfield Beach. The
property, consisting of 2.57 acres of heavy industrial-zoned land with
three office and warehouse buildings totaling 13,500 square feet, is
