OCV Architects, also known as Oaklander, Coogan & Vitto Architects, is a New York City-based firm. OCV's clients include New York City and state government agencies, non-profits, and private-sector companies. Since its inception, OCV's primary focus has been on government-subsidized and special needs housing. Its projects include designs for supportive housing, non-profit run developments where previously homeless people or people at risk of homelessness live. Its design portfolio includes Fox Point Terrace, a 48-unit subsidized housing project in the Bronx; Our Lady of Lourdes Apartments, Passive House complex in Brooklyn; Kingsbridge Terrace Veterans’ Residence, award winning green supportive housing; Arverne View, a complete overhaul of an 11-building complex in the Far Rockaways hit by hurricane Sandy; and NYCHA/Triboro Rehabs, overhaul of over 1000 units across six NYCHA properties in Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Bronx  NY State Historic Preservation Office has praised the firm for its adaptive reuse and preservation work.
