Ariel Property Advisors
Ariel Property Advisors is an investment-sales brokerage and services firm in New York City. It divides its approach into two wings of the same company: investment sales, which advises and brokers property deals focusing on deals under $10 million; and investment research, which creates market reports and asset evaluations for clients. Ariel Property Advisors mostly trades at the lower ends of the market—under $10 million per asset, sometimes significantly less than that—but turns over a high volume of deals. The Real Deal ranked the firm as the 14th most active New York City investment sales firm in 2014, with $528 million in deals. Shimon Shkury, the firm’s president, started Ariel Property Advisors in 2002. The firm is headquartered at 122 East 42nd Street.
