Pink Stone Capital Group
New York, NY 10016
Pink Stone Capital Group is a privately held real estate investment and development firm. Led by founder Richard Ohebshalom (son of Empire Management founder Fred Ohebshalom), Pink Stone’s focus is primarily undervalued multifamily and commercial properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn, choosing those buildings by the desirability of their locations. Since being founded in 2010, Pink Stone manages and markets more than 50 residential and commercial buildings. Along with sister company Empire Management, Pink Stone also has dabbled in acquiring distressed debt. The firm also engages in some development—it boasts more than $500 million in development project—and it has a team of contractors and construction experts in-house to aide in that regard, as well as a creative team tasked with branding those buildings. Among the buildings Pink Stone manages are the Greywood apartment building in Manhattan and Brooklyn Warehouse on Nassau Street.
