Silverstein Properties is a developer, landlord, and property management firm in New York City, founded by Larry Silverstein in 1957. Its holdings include the office towers 120 Wall Street, 120 Broadway, and 1177 Avenue of the Americas; the rental complex Silver Towers and River Place; and the under-construction Four Season Private Residences New York Downtown at 30 Park Place. Silverstein was the lease-holder of the original World Trade Center and the principal private developer of the new one. Crain’s has named Silverstein Properties on its list of Best Places to Work in New York City. –WP
