Terra Holdings, founded in 1995, is the corporate parent company of real estate brokerage firms Brown Harris Stevens, Terra CRG, and Halstead Property. It also owns The Vanderbilt Companies, a service firm with businesses in insurance, appraisals, advertising, and marketing. The principals and co-chairmen of Terra Holdings are David Burris, Kent Swig, Arthur Zeckendorf, and William Lie Zeckendorf. -TA
