The software development firm purchased the condo in the front portion of the building's Third floor for $2.5 million. The new space will be the California-based company's first office in New York City.

The elevator office and retail building sold for $8.9 million, or $499 per square foot. The ground floors and mezzanine level are tenanted by the restaurant BLT Prime; the three upper floors contain office space that is currently vacant.
