Witkoff Group is a real estate investment firm launched by Steve Witkoff. Witkoff Group currently owns the Woolworth Building, after Steve Witkoff purchased it for $137.5 million in 1999. The Witkoff Group's portfolio includes over 11 million square feet of real estate.

In 2011, Witkoff bought the 16-story building at 1107 Broadway, formerly part of the International Toy Center, for $190 million. In 2013, the company announced it would be investing an additional $300 million into condominium conversion at the site, called 10 Madison Square West. Previously, Witkoff had engaged in condo conversions at 150 Charles Street, which was met with protest by West Village residents who claimed that Witkoff had violated zoning rules during the conversions. Witkoff Group also acquired the Helmsley Park Lane Hotel at 36 Central Park South for over $650 million in 2013, and also plans to convert it into condominiums.

Witkoff Group principal Steve Witcoff serves on the Executive Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
