Aaron Jungreis

Aaron Jungreis is the co-founder and president of Rosewood Realty Group, an investment-sales firm based at 38 East 29th Street in Manhattan. He is also a partner in the brokerage, which does deals in New York City, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida.

Jungreis founded the firm in 2007 with his cousin, David Berger. During his career, Jungreis has brokered the sales of more than $4 billion in property in every sector of commercial real estate, becoming one of the most active investment-sales brokers in New York. His largest deal ever closed in mid-2013: a 35-building Manhattan package that went for $247 million. Rosewood brokers between 40 and 50 deals annually.

A native of Canarsie, Brooklyn, Jungreis graduated from the University of Maryland and Touro College, and initially worked in life insurance. He joined GFI Realty Services in 1993, and worked as a commercial real estate broker until co-founding his own firm. Jungreis lives in Lawrence, Long Island. TA
