Andrew Peretz is an executive managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, one of New York Citys leading commercial real estate services firms. He works out of its Lower Manhattan office at 33 Whitehall Street, and specializes in representing both tenants and landlords in that neighborhood as well as in Midtown South. His tenant clients have included Bank of America, AT&T, BMG Music, Cablevision, Dun & Bradstreet, Liberty Mutual, Reuters and Virgin America. His landlord clients have included the Trump Organization, Young Woo & Associates, Trinity Church, Swig Equities, the Paramount Group, and Rockrose Development. Peretz has also worked with a number of nonprofits. Before joining Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in 2013, Peretz worked as an executive vice president at Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked on deals at the new One World Trade Center. He graduated from Tulane University with a degree in classics and history.  -TA
