Dolly Lenz is founder of Dolly Lenz Real Estate in New York City. She is widely considered one of the highest-producing residential brokers in New York, and has moved more than $7 billion in real estate. In 2013 she left Douglas Elliman to found her own brokerage. Lenz, whose birth name is Idaliz Camino, was born in the Bronx in 1957 to Spanish immigrants. She attended Baruch College, where she majored in accounting. She worked at United Artists as an accountant, where she developed relationships with Barbra Streisand and others stars, relationships that would prove useful to her when she began her real estate career. She worked at various agencies, including Sotheby's International, before moving to what was then Prudential Douglas Elliman in 1999. She became a vice chairman in 2003. Her big-name clients have reportedly included Donna Karan, Calvin Klein, Ron Perelman, Cameron Diaz, Tommy Mottola, Bruce Willis, Rush Limbaugh and Mariah Carey.
