The global rating agency signed a lease renewal and expansion, the New York Post reported, adding 41,000 square feet to its existing space in the building. At the same time, the company is vacating 100,000 square feet at 1 State Street Plaza.
The UK-based media and digital marketing communications firm signed a 15-year lease. The tenant, which is subleasing the entire 13th and 14th floors through 2013, will be converting to a direct lease with the landlord.
The joint venture of contractors working on the World Trade Center Transportation Hub signed a lease for more space. The team, comprised of Fluor, Skanska, Granite and Bovis, also has offices at 115 Broadway.
The men's retailer inked a lease for office space on the second, fourth and eighth floors. The company also leased the building's ground-level, 6,000-square-foot retail space to expand its store next door (see below).
