Jedd Nero is one of the top real estate professionals in the industry with over 25 years of experience completing retail transactions for both tenants and landlords. He joined Avison Young in 2014 as a Principal and Executive Managing Director of New York City Retail. Before joining Avison, Nero was an Executive Vice President with the Global Retail Services Group at CBRE, and formed the Retail Services Division as Executive Vice President of Newark Spectrum Retail, LLC. Nero represented Western Management at 589 Fifth Avenue in signing a deal with fashion giant H&M, creating the largest H&M store in the world with 57,000 square feet and six floors of retail space. Nero worked to place Hugo Boss, Kenneth Cole, Lenscrafters, and Best Buy on Fifth Avenue as well. -KM
