Shaun Osher is the CEO of CORE
(Cayre Osher Real Estate), a boutique real estate firm in New York City. A native of South Africa, Osher started in New York real estate with Soho
rental agency Elias/Burnstein and later moved to Douglas Elliman
where he was a broker. In the wake of Elliman being bought by Prudential, Osher was tapped by Jack Cayre to found CORE
in 2005. In 2010, Osher and CORE
sold out all the units in HK Organization
s 246 West 17th Street at nearly $1,800 a square foot.
Osher and CORE
have attained a considerable media profile from Oshers work as a star of HGTVs reality show Selling New York, which examined the lives of high-end New York real estate agents. A trained jazz saxophonist, he used to play in live jazz bands across New York City and still goes to see shows when he has free time.
