33 Beekman Street is a planned and under construction, 340-foot skyscraper in the Financial District of Manhattan. Designed by architect Gene Kaufman with interiors by Andres Escobar, it will be completed in 2015. The 34-story tower will used as a dormitory for Pace University. It will hold upwards of 385 dorm units in over 178,000-square-feet of space. In 2012, SL Green And Naftali Group partnered to buy the development site. Harel Insurance and Finance is also a partner in the development. -WP
