120 Park sale closes for $525M

Altria, Philip Morris' parent company, has closed on its $525 million sale of 120 Park Avenue to the real estate company operated by investor Eyal Ofer, according to city records posted today. Altria is moving its headquarters from the 643,000-square-foot building to Richmond, Va., the Observer reported in November. TRD
