A 10,350-square-foot condominium in the four-unit Carhart Mansion at 3 East 95th Street came on the market with Brown Harris Stevens today for $34.9 million, after originally being listed with Prudential Douglas Elliman's Dolly Lenz for $35 million in August 2008, according to Streeteasy.com.
Cardboard mogul Dennis Mehiel and his wife own the five-bedroom, six-bathroom unit, and Brian Manning of BHS has the listing.

He manufactures boxes. He thinks outside of the box. He's trying to sell a $35M box. I see a theme here? Anyone care to BOX with me?

I saw the property with Dolly Lenz but will only buy it if she is fully protected by her exclusive agreement.
