Ashok Varadhan, a Goldman Sachs partner who is considered one of Wall Street's best young traders, has purchased a condo at 15 Central Park West for $16.03 million, according to public records. Varadhan heads North American interest-rate products for Goldman, which made him partner in 2002 at just age 29. Varadhan's older brother Gopal Varadhan, a 32-year-old managing director at Cantor Fitzgerald, died in the north tower of the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001. TRD
