Curbed looks at architect Daniel Libeskind's proposed residential
skyscraper at One Madison Avenue. The 54-story condo is planned to be
over 900
feet tall and includes gardens and private balconies. A spokesman for
Elad Properties said the developer expects the economy to have improved
by the
time construction on the building starts.

Libeskind is so washed up. He's clutching at straws, desperately trying to seem relevant. The trees in the sky idea just won't work.
