The Dakota
Two 10-room apartments are now on the market at the Dakota, the model for ritzy 15 Central Park West. The Dakota, built at 1 West 72nd Street in 1884, has two units on the market, through Brown Harris Stevens and Warburg Realty Partnership. Units in 15 Central Park West, Manhattan's most successful development in years, are already selling at huge profits. It was designed to have the look and luxury of classic buildings like the Dakota, but with modern amenities, like a pool.
