The unit to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, three-bath co-op at 150 East 61st Street, between Lexington and Third avenues, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of the 1,950-square-foot home, apartment 16B, was cut by $305,000, and the apartment is now on the market for just under $2 million. The home is listed for 13 percent less than its asking price of $2.3 million when it first went on the market in May. Fox Residential Group's Diane Dickinson has the listing. According to Propertyshark.com and city records, the seller is Bradley Simon, who bought the home in 2005. The prior sale price was not listed. TRD
