The Broadway Triangle Community Coalition plans to protest the city's rezoning plan for the Broadway Triangle in Brooklyn, today at Brooklyn Borough Hall. The coalition is made up of 40 local tenant associations, churches, day-care centers, and nonprofit organizations, and has asked the city to postpone its plans until the entire community has had an opportunity to gather and express its visions for the area. The Broadway Triangle is a 50-acre industrial area in East Williamsburg near the borders of Bedford-Stuyvesant and Bushwick. TRD
