Marisa Noel Brown, daughter of Madoff-ruined Fairfield Greenwich Group founder Walter Noel, and her husband have found a buyer for their 12 East 78th Street townhouse. The 7,800-square-foot property hit the market in May for $12 million and went into contract last week for $9.75 million, the New York Observer reported. The buyer has not been revealed. The couple paid $13.5 million for the home in January 2008.
