Now that the god awful Frank Gehry has been ditched along with his brutalistic and craptacular designs, I more than welcome Ratner to begin the building. A few obnoxious and loud minority needs should not take precedence over the agreeing silent majority. If this will be stalled, the entire area will sit as is for almost anther 10 years.

Bruce wins - one guy shouldn't be able to hold up thousands of affordable units. Even if it comes with office, hotel, and a stadium it still comes with thousands of much needed affordable units. Get out Danny Boy.
