bear his name, the developers of Trump International Hotel & Tower
in Fort Lauderdale face a federal class action suit that claims buyers
were misled about buying into the Trump brand.
The Trump
International Hotel & Tower sits empty and incomplete on A1A.
Buyers who put down a security deposit on condo units have been put on
notice: If at least 50 percent of the buyers don't close on their units
the hotel won't open. If the hotel doesn't open, the owners can't move
in. That means the building may lose the elite Trump insignia because
of a default on the licensing agreement.
The class action suit
seeks a refund of security deposits to buyers who expected to move into
units long ago, units bearing the Trump brand name. A separate false
advertising lawsuit was recently filed on behalf of 55 buyers.

Trump Soho stands empty and is deteriorating as we speak. No one in their right mind would buy into that building or any of Trump's 3rd rate developments. His name is not worth anything now. If anything it makes smart people run for the hills.

Trump Soho was built too fast and with inferior products. I hear that there are already water leaks throughout the building because the infrastructure is flawed. The building will probably need to be disassembled because of safety reasons. Nice going Trump. Another cheap product from Trump and Sapir.

Branding is a great strategy, but monetizing the Trump name for short term benefit at the expense of maintaining its long term value is not. Were there any deals he turned down?

#7....Yes, Trump is a vile, hateful human being and deserves bankruptcy, but you are just as bad. You're just a NIMBY that is still sore that Trump SoHo was built over all your objections and so you make asinine statements like "it will have to be taken down pice by piece becuase it was built so badly" What nonesense, no wonder your tactics didn't work. You're a typical republican who complains about everything but has nothing constructive to offer in return. I can't wait for the new garbage garage to open on West Street.

#13 sorry buddy but i think #7 is correct. Trump Soho is headed to bankruptcy...mark my words... and the building is already starting to wear. i go by it and there are a lot of broken windows and trash around it. also, i heard the same thing as #7 that there are massive water leaks which is why the windows are always opened after a rain because there's already so much mold in the building. this is the kind of building that makes people sick.
