Dumbo condos not cheap

Cheap condos are hard to come by in Dumbo. The least expensive Dumbo condo on the market (and not in contract) is at 100 Jay for $599,000, a StreetEasy data set compiled by Dumbo NYC shows. The lowest-priced listings ranged from $686 per-square-foot to $745 per-square-foot. Ten months ago, a similar survey showed units on the market for $475,000, though the per-square-foot price was over $800. [DumboNYC via Brownstoner]
