The Durst Organization has moved into two floors at the Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park today. One Bryant Park, at 42nd Street, was developed by Durst and Bank of America, and Jordan Barowitz, Durst's director of external affairs, said the move has been in the works for a couple of years. Barowitz said the company moved to One Bryant Park to have more space. Durst, which is run by Douglas Durst, occupies two floors in the tower, comprised of 55,000 square feet. Durst is moving from 1155 Sixth Avenue, which the developer also owns, where they occupied 35,000 square feet over three floors. Durst's space at 1155 Sixth Avenue, at 45th Street, is now on the market for lease. TRD
