Family members of the two men killed in last year's Upper East Side crane collapse, Ramadan Kurtaj and Donald Leo, are expected to announce lawsuit plans today. The lawsuit comes after a six-month investigation of the crane collapse, at 333 East 91st Street, by the families' attorneys. The families said they are planning to sue 31 different entities, including the New York City Department of Buildings and the company that owned the crane.
