German bank WestLB has signed a 15-year lease for the top three floors of 7 World Trade Center. The bank is moving its headquarters from 1211 Sixth Avenue, at 48th Street, to the 50th through 52nd floors, about 129,000 square feet, of 7 World Trade Center. The lease brings 7 World Trade Center to 83 percent occupied, with more than 1.42 million square feet leased and tenants including Moody's, Ameriprise Financial and the New York Academy of Sciences. WestLB reached a tentative agreement on the space last month, as The Real Deal first reported. TRD
