23 Bank Street, left, and Malcolm Gladwell
Tipping Point author Malcolm Gladwell paid $1.5 million for a co-op apartment in a four-story West Village building.
Gladwell, 44, bought unit 4 in the nearly 100-year-old red-brick townhouse at 23 Bank Street, according to property records published today.
The British-born, Canadian-raised Gladwell, who writes for the New Yorker, penned the bestsellers "The Tipping Point: How Little Things Make a Big Difference" and "Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking."
