Dino Fusco, global head of corporate real estate strategy at Goldman Sachs, has purchased a condo at 704 Broadway in the Central Village for $5.1 million, according to city records. Fusco, a managing director, oversees the firm's property needs and also works in its real estate investment banking and real estate principal investment units.
