Hedge-funder flips Bloomberg building condo for $11 million

The president of a hedge fund firm has pulled off quite a trade with his condo at One Beacon Court, the tower at 151 East 58th Street that is known as the Bloomberg building. Geoffrey Stern, president and chief investment officer at Muirfield Capital Management, sold unit 48D for $11.39 million after buying it for just $5.91 million in July, 2005. The buyers were Paul and Lesley Fineman of Northwood, England. TRD

what good is a 8 figure condo if its not in 15CPW , guy has to save up some how.
