Jeffrey Carlstead, owner of the Carlstead Inc. hotel firm, bought a condo at 15 Central Park West for $2.54 million. He bought unit 12H, a 1,292-square-foot, one-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. TRD

what's he gonna do turn it into a hotel -- he could pack 1292 people in each night -- standing room only!
