In time for Valentine's Day, Page Six Magazine shares its picks for "50 Hottest Bachelors," including a few men in the real estate industry. Developer Andre Balazs comes in at number 19, and broker-to-the-stars Jared Seligman is number 44. Josh and Jared Kushner, sons of Charles Kushner, take spots 46 and 47, and Curbed.com President Lockhart Steele occupies number 48.

um... they should insert, in parenthesis, "confirmed" between "Hottest" and "Bachelors."
