Marshall's moving in at East River Plaza

East River Plaza
Marshall's has signed a lease at East River Plaza to occupy 33,000 square feet on the fourth floor. The national housewares and clothing retailer will join Target, Home Depot, Best Buy and others at the 485,000-square-foot retail development at 116th Street and FDR Drive. The $480 million East River Plaza, which is being developed by the Blumenfeld Development Group and Forest City Ratner, is slated to be completed in the fall. TRD
