Miraval Living

Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group has been brought on as the exclusive sales and listing agent for Miraval Living, a condo conversion at 515 East 72nd Street,  between York Avenue and the FDR Drive. This is the third sales firm to try to sell units in C&K Properties and Zamir Equities' condo conversion. Prudential Douglas Elliman took the project over from the Marketing Directors in September 2007. The 39-story building has 365 apartments, and according to Streeteasy.com, 107 units have been sold. Listing prices range from $750,000 to $5.5 million, Streeteasy.com says. Sales started in October 2006, and the building has 4,000 square feet of amenities, including a swimming pool, spa, art studio and health club. Corcoran Sunshine, Prudential Douglas Elliman and the developers were not available for comment. TRD

Miraval is an extremely special project. C & K is a very prominent real estate operator great, way past their parking garages days. These apartments would have sold like hotcakes if the economy was in a better shape.....

Now that Lenz and her posse of croocks are gone it will be a pleasure to bring buyers back without the sure fact that they will be stolen by the sales office!!!

too many stories of Lenz and her people stealing buyers from brokers. Real Deal should dedicate a blog to brokers burned by Dolly, it will be thicker than an encyclopedia!

We are the building across from this debacle that has gone on for 3 years. The noise and filth is overwhelming Our view, dump trucks, trash, empty apartments with lights on 24/7 with open bathroom doors. Yuck! Lots of luck selling those bad boys.
