David Chu, the founder of New York-based apparel company Nautica Enterprises, paid $2.94 million for a two-bedroom condominium at 15 Central Park West.
Chu, who started the clothing and lifestyle firm in 1983, closed on the 1,603-square-foot unit on August 15, according to property records published today.
