Bryant Park

Two new buildings near Bryant Park are nearing completion, bringing an influx of new workers to the Midtown area. The 54-story, 2.1 million-square-feet Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park will have more than 10,000 workers by next winter. The 45-story tower at 1095 Sixth Avenue already hosts 550 workers and will bring in 2,500 more by December. Bryant Park, which attracts 4.2 million visitors a year, is adapting to accommodate the new flow of workers.  [NYT]
