Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The most expensive home to come on the market this week is a two-bedroom, three-bath condo at 817 Fifth Avenue, according to Streeteasy.com. The 3,500-square-foot unit is listed for $25 million with Sotheby's International Realty.

The second priciest home to hit the market this week is a $15 million loft with six bedrooms and six baths at 85 Mercer Street and it is listed with Luxe Group.

And the third priciest unit this week is a three-bedroom, four-bath duplex penthouse at 445 Lafayette Street. Prudential Douglas Elliman is marketing the unit for $14 million.

The cheapest home listed this week, according to Streeteasy.com, is a two-room studio at 161 West 133rd Street, marketed by Elliman. The asking price is $170,000.

The second least expensive home listed this week is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 155 West 66th Street. Bellmarc Realty is marketing the unit for $215,000.

The third least expensive unit this week is a studio at 430 East 87th Street. The co-op is listed for $225,000 with Metropolitan Property Group. TRD
