How can you say "rookie sales agent of the year" when she has been a sales agent for 3 years, it is unrealistic. A rookie is in the 1st year! You say NBA, NFL, and MBL. Those major sports give rookie of the year to the 1st year players not 3rd year. REBNY rules need to be fixed. Wait till the 2008 awards. A sale agent I know has been working for 3 months and has done 1 million in revenue for rental and sales. He is at an age that will blow competition away. Imagine what he should be at in 3 years. Julie Pham congratulations on 25 million in revenue, but Corcoran and Pamela Liebman know the truth.
