Stamford building to sell for $200 million
July 16, 2008 07:38AMA 180,000-square-foot office building in Stamford, Conn., is in contract to sell to Heritage Realty Services for $200 million, or $1,000 per square foot. The building is being vacated by the Royal Bank of Scotland, which is moving to a new office in Stamford. Heritage is leasing the former Comp USA space at 420 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, just south of Lord & Taylor. [Post, final item]
